The Party Wall People are experts at implementing the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996,
a legal framework which ensures you and/or your adjoining neighbour
are fully compliant with the lawful requirements, if a party wall or party structure are affected by works requiring prior notification.
At every step of the way, we always provide accurate, easy-to-understand advice.
We are a small team, which gives us the advantage of flexibility and excellent communication. We pride ourselves on our professional, personal service
and are always happy to discuss your specific requirements.
We are members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and
the Chartered Association of Building Engineers
We carry Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances.
The Party Wall People are based in Chelmsford, Essex, we cover London
and the southeast of England.

We offer a free Party Wall Health Check service for designers and Architects. Just email us the drawings of your project and we will produce a free, written opinion of the statutory responsibilities your client may have under the Act.
